You can call or e-mail us to request a Return Authorization. If you call us at 217.221.0985, a member of our customer service staff will take your company information, along with the information about the equipment you need repaired and will issue a Return Authorization Number to you.
If you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the same information, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and send it back to you via e-mail.
All you need to do is carefully pack the unit in a box, put the Return Authorization Number on the outside and ship it to the following address:

If you have any special requests or specific failure notes, please include them in the box.
We charge on a "Time and Material" basis. We can give you a "Not to Exceed Price" when we issue the Return Authorization Number so you will know what the maximum cost could be, but we will not know the exact cost until the repair is finished.
You can write your P.O. for the "Not to Exceed price". Then after we have the repair completed, we will notify you via e-mail or fax of the exact cost, including shipping, so you can adjust your P.O.
We strive to have all repairs done within a two to four week time frame, usually sooner. However, there are circumstances beyond our control, such as parts availability and shipment delays which may increase our repair time. We try to stock most of the parts we need, but occasionally we run into an item that we don't have. In this industry, with some parts being obsoleted and becoming harder to find, time delays are encountered.
All of our technicians are factory trained on Glenayre Equipment and have over 50 years combined experience in the industry.
